Goggles

Summer time means warm weather and swimming pools. The only problem I face is I wear contacts and it can be a little unnerving trying to swim with contacts in. When I looked for goggles, I was surprised how much of a selection there was. I selected these and could not be happier. The first thing you'll notice is the hard case they come it. It has a lock so you can reuse it after opening and drains inside so you don't have to worry about water building up and getting stale. This was an awesome feature for me since a lot of the swimming I do is at my parents house and I have broken a few pairs trying to get them from place to place. My parents also have a habit of tossing everything into a box at the end of summer and a case like this will keep your goggles safe and secure. The next thing I really enjoyed was the quick connect. I hate pulling wet, sticky goggles over my head and pulling my hair. This quick connect prevents that issue from happening and is extremely easy to use. The easy adjusters are also nice and I have been able to do them with wet hands without taking the goggles off to see what I was doing. It is also nice if you have an emergency and have to get them off really quick. The next nice feature could be taken as a positive or negative. It comes with ear plugs attracted to the side straps above your ears. If you use then when swimming it is a great help to have them there, if they are not an item you use, then it can become bothersome to have them hitting the side of your head when you swim. The goggles feel great once you get them adjusted and feel pretty durable. I am very pleased with these and would buy them again.

Dash Cam

It's getting more important to always have cameras on us it seems. When I needed a dash camera, I did not know where to start. I have sampled a few at this point, but this one has been one of the worse. After plugging it in and turning it on it started to make a squeaking noise when it's not recording and plugged in. It also feels very cheaply made. Sometimes it will also not stay off, when you turn it off, it sits for a minute then turns right back on.

Magnet Sports Bracelet

Maybe I am crazy, but I have worn this bracelet for about a month and I have felt no different. I gave it this amount of time to see if I can actually tell a difference. I didn't want to just assume it was fake and not give it an honest shot. This has Just been an uncomfortable thing to wear on my wrist, that has done nothing for me. That wrist actually started to bother me recently and has felt better since I removed it. Like I said, maybe its a mental thing that just makes this seem crazy, but I would not recommend this.

Backseat Organizer

I recently purchased a new SUV and really wanted to try to keep the car organized. I have used this product for about a month now and love it. This organizer is exactly what I needed. It fits between the two car seats in the back, or easily in the trunk. I have used it to carry park supplies, food, Even little activities for the kids to do during longer trips. It has held up to all of the different tasks that I needed it for. I have let the kids use it as a snack tray, I have used it for a coloring pad, and I have even used the detachable lid as an emergency changing table. It cleans up nicely, is easy to reach into and is really well made. I highly recommend this product.

Tulip Windmill

This thing is massive, and it is beautiful. It took a few tries to get it put together right, it can be a little tricky getting all the fins into the correct slots, but don't give up on it, it is worth the little bit of time it takes to put it together. It still only took me about 30 minutes to build it. It has three long stakes to go into the ground to hold it secure. Once it's built, it is huge. It's taller then I am, even in the ground. We had a few good days of high-winds and it spun and spun, but never looked like it was in any danger of falling over. The light on top is beautiful as well, it lights up different colors that really make this stand out even at night. The materials feel very sturdy, I do not have any worries leaving this out in the yard all year round. It is really fun to sit and watch the wind run through it and watch it spin. The copper and blue colors look very earthy and help it stand out. I really enjoyed building this, installing it and watching it go!

Hummingbird Fountain

Beautiful. That's the first thing you will noticed about this fountain. I took it out of the box it and was able to set it up in about 20 minutes. It is very easy to install and as soon as you add water, it just looks so beautiful. Absolutely gorgeous. I love the design on the glass, the color of the fountain, the water effects, it's just perfect. It's really nice to have the fountain feature keeping the water moving so you don't get stagnant water. I have already had a few feathered friends swim in it and wet their little beaks. The colors look amazing in the sunlight. It gives you enough cord that you can move it a good bit away from an outlet if you needed to. Honestly, even if you bought this and did not use the fountain, it still would look amazing. I'm really pleased with this item. It has been in my backyard for about a week now, withstood storms, high-winds, and high temperatures with no issues. The biggest thing is to make sure you keep the water level above the pump, especially in the summer time, but that is typical for any water pump. If you want a beautiful fountain to make your garden or porch stand out, this is it. You can even use it in your home if you do not have a yard or a porch.

Wireless Food Thermometer

I really love this thermometer. I have been looking for one that I could use both on the grill and in the kitchen. Having younger kids, it can be difficult to cook, watch temperatures, and keep the kids out of trouble. Using this has allowed me to walk away from the stove or the grill to check on the little ones, prep other items for dinner, or just use the restroom, without worrying about ruining the meal. I've also used it to monitor the temperature of oil to make funnel cakes! It is a must have for any kitchen. It feels very solid, easy to read, the buttons feel very sturdy, it cleans easily and is just a great product.

MP3 Player

Now this product does what it says, it plays music, videos, and even the radio. However, I would be a little nervous to have this in my pocket all day. It feels a little cheaply made. However, I have not had any issues using it for the time I have had it other then the screen making a few clicking sounds when I tried to wipe some smudges off of it. I would just make sure to be careful when you throw it around. It comes with everything you need, the ear buds give okay sound, and the video is a little bit choppy but its watchable. Bowknot Swimsuit

This swimsuit is so beautiful and very comfortable. I love that the bottom is a lot longer than the basic American cut "shorts" bottom and the top covers everything. No cheeks, cleavage or belly showing at all. The design is very pretty and the bow is a nice touch. I feel very comfortable and secure that everything is going to stay in place. Im taking my son to his first water park and I needed something I could wear all day that wouldn't make me feel like I needed to cover up or check to make sure nothing was hanging out. Now I can just go and enjoy our special day without worrying.

Fitbit Blaze Screen Protector

I recently purchased a FitBit Blaze and have loved having it. The only downside to having a watch like this is you get very nervous about where your hand placement is as you worry you're going to hit the screen on something and break it. I also worry when I sit it down to shower or to wash dishes since I normally sit it face down like I have other watches in the past, then freak out and realize what I did and put it on its side. So obviously a screen protector became a big need for me. I ordered a different brand at first and it came with a liquid that required you to have the device turned off for 3 hours and I really did not trust that. This screen protector was much better. In the package I had 4 screen protectors, 2 stickers used for positioning during install, one set of wet and dry cleaning wipes, a dust remover sticker, and instructions. The instructions were very easy to understand and I found it is best to follow them step by step. You start by removing the FitBit Blaze from its watch holder and clean it with the wet then dry wipe. After, you use the dust remover to take off any remaining dust. Pretty standard stuff really for screen protector installs. The one thing that was very different that I had not seen before was the positioning stickers. You literally stick this sticker on the new screen protector and it hangs over on each side. Then you remove the sticky side cover on the protector and use the handles that were made by the positioning sticker to get it into place. This made the install so easy. You can see what you're doing, size it up easily, all without having to touch the screen protector. Then you just push down on it and pull the positioning sticker off. It looks amazing, really puts my mind at ease. I wore my watch to an amusement park the other day and had no issues. I really think this protector is a must have. I feel it will last a long time and give me the protection I needed. I highly recommend it.

Meal Prep Containers

I have just recently started clean eating. I have been doing it for right around 3 weeks. I absolutely love the way it makes me feel and losing 12 lbs in 3 weeks is definitely a great change of pace since I have not been able to lose much weight at all over the 14 months since my son was born, but even though both of these are great effects of clean eating I was almost forced to give it up completely, because I would go and buy all the fruits and vegetables I would need to make my meals throughout the week but by the time I was ready to make my dinner later in the week my food would be bad. I kept running into issues with wilted brown spinach, slimy asparagus, rotten tomatoes, the list goes on and on. My children are too young to eat this way, my husband just was not interested and just could not eat the fast enough on my own, but since I have received these meal prep containers those issues are a thing of the past. Now I am able to go to store buy all the food Im gonna need for 2 weeks. cook it all up and split it into even portions in the compartments and pop them in the freezer, which not only helps with keeping my food from going bad but also really helps a lot with portion control. I couldn't be happier. I pull my meal out of the freezer the night before stick it in the refrigerator and by dinner time its ready to go. I just heat it up, enjoy my meal, clean my container and let it dry. Prep, freeze, heat and enjoy my meals all with 1 easy container. Cant beat that. Really has been a life saver, food saver and money saver all in one.

Castle Tent

Tents are probably on of the best toys to help get kids imaginations going. I always loved having a tent as a kid and now I am happy to be able to give my children their very own tent as well. Most of the fold out tents I have purchased kind of spring out of the bag, but then you can never seem to get them to sit right or go back in their containers. This tent was different. It is very easy to assemble (and disassemble), the poles all feel very sturdy, the material feels very strong, and it looks awesome. It is a good sized tent, enough for my 2 children to play in it with toys or books, but it is not so big that it takes up the entire room. I have been slowly building more of a knight room for my son so this is the perfect tent for us. It is really nice that it can be set up and taken down quickly. The poles fold down small to help with storage. For us, we will probably be leaving it up most of the time, but if space is an issue it really helps to have the ability to fold it all flat and secure it in the case that comes with it. It is also good because if you use it outside during the summer, you can easily fold it and store it safely until the next summer without it taking up a ton of space. The poles also have elastic ropes in them so when you break them down, they are still one piece, so you do not have to worry about losing any of them during storage. My children really enjoy the tent and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Portable Bluetooth Speaker

Most of the portable speaker boxes I have gotten have felt more like toys then an actual speaker. This Is very different, it is a very powerful speaker that produces great sound. You can blue tooth in or use an aux cable (which was included). Obviously, if you have to have the side cover open it is no longer safe to be around water. You have to make sure it is completely closed. After that, it is the prefect speaker to have near the shower or by the pool. There's no need to worry about splashing around it or accidentally dropping it in the water. I have had it on for about 2 hours at 75% volume and it's still running with good sound. I think this is one of the best portable blue tooth speakers I have tried. The fact that its water proof as well really makes this a great purchase. I highly recommend it.

Solar Motion Light

I was very surprised by this light. I unboxed it, turned it on, and it came right on. It produces a large amount of light. I sat it in the window the next day to charge and then put it in my hallway that night just as a trial run. It worked great! Every time someone walked by, it would light up the whole hall, then slowly turn itself back off. We then hung it outside by the side of our house and have had no issues. It was one of those spots that did not have a lot of light from the lights on the front or back of the house. This provided the perfect solution, no worries about wiring, no worries about changing batteries, and a great light that looks great on the wall. This would be a great product if you have a spot inside (as long as it gets sun to charge it) or outside. I plan on getting a few more of these to fix a few other dark spots on the outside of the house.

External Battery Dual USB 2A Fast Charging Portable Charger

Most of the time we are always on different phones or some sort of electronic device. We have all for the most part had to do something boring that involves a lot of sitting or waiting and we spend that time browsing our phones. The only problem is, what happens when the power runs out on your device and you have no where you can plug it in. Instead of facing the horrors of boredom, get yourself one of these chargers. It is a life saver. On a serious note, it is a great thing to have and store with other safety supplies in your house or vehicle. If you know you're going to be away from a power source for an extended period, it is a great thing to have. It is a little heavier, but it will hold a long charge and charge quickly. We normally keep it near our first aid kit in the house unless we are going on a long trip. We live in a mountain riddled area that has pockets of no service so if you break down, you could have hours before someone passes by or you could walk to a safe area. This charger gives us great peace of mind, while also preforming it's job well. It feels like it would hold up being tossed in a backpack on a camping trip or stored in your trunk. Just make sure it is fully charged before you head out and you're good to go. It has a blue light indicator on the front of the device near the 2 charging ports to let you know how much battery it has, which is an amazingly useful feature. I also really enjoy the blue color of the casing. We have had no issues with this product and no complaints. It really is a must have.

Soft Silicone Nose Clip & Ear Plugs Set

I absolutely love the nose clip from this set. I have tried several other ones, but never felt that it truly kept out all the water and with Naegleria fowleri better known to many as the brain eating amoeba in full fling this summer the sense of security is a must have. The main way to avoid being affected by the amoeba is to hold your nose, but sometimes when you're jumping around around having fun in the water its very easy to forget this simple step, but when wearing the nose clip I can just enjoy the water and put that serious fear out of my head. I have a severe anxiety disorder and have actually passed up on going swimming this summer because the few times I did go I came home and literally worried for the next week that I had contracted it and could not even enjoy my day to day life. It was absolutely terrible. I know I am not they only person who has an anxiety disorder or even just a general fear of this devastating amoeba, so if you are one of them buy this nose clip. Its a little tighter than the average nose clip which I feel really adds to the protection. The ear plugs with this set are nice too. The keep all the water out of your ears which helps you avoid getting swimmers ear. Anyone who has ever had a ear infection understands how miserable they can be. They stay very secure in your ears, so you dont have to worry about having to adjust them all the time. I honestly only bought it because of the nose clip, but the ear plugs were definitely a pleasant surprise.
